Stuck on configuration error. Can't access the product.

Using the SDK for CapacitorI have a single subscription in App Store Connect that is in Ready to Submit status. The id matches that registered with RevenueCat.App Store Connect Free and Paid Apps Agreements are Active. Banking connecting is Clear. I’m using `cap run ios` to run the app on my ipad.`await Purchases.getOfferings();`gives me the error code #23 saying that there’s a problem with the configuration in App Store Connect. I’ve also tried to access the subscription directly, like this:`await Purchases.getProducts(["subscription_id"])`But that gives me this error:`Unhandled Promise Rejection: Error: Must provide productIdentifiers parameter`Any suggestions on what I am missing or could do differently? Thank you!

Are there any plans for an official Capacitor plugin?

I’m using Ionic with Capacitor.The RevenueCat documentation recommends using a cordova plugin, but Ionic has been in the process of migrating away from Capacitor for the past few years, and this is now the only Cordova plugin in my app.There’s already a capacitor plugin on github but I was wondering if there are any plans to release an official Capacitor plugin as well.

Cant get Subscription Offers

Hi there, I set up a (already working) base plan and now want to add some offers to it. I set up the base plan and followed your guide to add an offer in Google Play.Settings are “Eligibility criteria”: Developer determined (as I want to decide whom to show the offering), and set up a Discounted recurring payment phase. I named the offer “test2alle”. Then I activated it. When I try to fetch offerings via Offerings? offerings = await Purchases.getOfferings();and print the results (just 4 developing reasons) only the base plan appears. Even when i call offeringtext = offerings!.getOffering("default")!.annual!.storeProduct.subscriptionOptions as suggestet here ( ) the offering is not appearing in my output and i cant find it anywhere: [SubscriptionOption(id: fumi-pro-year-2023, storeProductId: fumi.pro.year.new:fumi-pro-year-2023, productId: fumi.pro.year.new, pricingPhases: [PricingPhase(billingPeriod: Period(unit: PeriodUnit.year, value: 1, iso8601: P1Y), recurrenceMode: RecurrenceMod

Hi everybody,my App (opti*Map for Android and iOS) offers in-app purchases. Up to now I used the SDKBOX IAP library which unfortunately is not supported anymore.Therefore I would like to migrate to RevenueCat!Has anybody in this community successfully implemented RevenueCat in a Cocos2d-x Project which is mainly programmed in C++?Thanks for your answers and best regards,Jens

What does store_transaction_id refer to in CustomerInfo in REST v1 API

I noticed that when retrieving the CustomerInfo object form the REST v1 api there is a ‘store_transaction_id’ included for each subscription and non_subscription object. This field isn’t documented in the CustomerInfo documentation. Can you clarify what it refers to? I’m hoping it refers to the original_transaction_id so that I can use it to correlate subscriptions with event hooks as I’ve seen other developers ask for numerous times. For transactions in the sandbox this number is not unique but I assume that’s just a feature/shortcoming of the sandbox environment. Can someone confirm?

Update customerInfo after successful purchase with Paywall's PayWallView?

Hi, I’m using the PaywallView in my app after the user creates 5 records. When the user tries to add a record greater than 5, the Paywall displays.However I don’t know how to update my logic if the user successfully purchases a subscription. The Pay wall dismisses after “you’re all set” displays. Is there a callback I can use to update the local state of the subscription? Does .sheet(isPresented:_) have an onEnded or the like where I can call Purchases.shared.customerInfo() ?I can check the in a task when the view loads… but not sure how to update the state during/after the purchase

Sunsetting existing app - best practice (Android and iOS)

Not showing icon for features in payall

SOLVED IGNORE-----------Anyone had an issue with the leading icon for your product feature not showing in the paywall. Seems like it should be simply choosing the icon but it’s not displaying for me. Am I missing a next step to ‘enable’ the choice? Is there a variable embed call I need to encode?Specifically this is the ‘Bengal’ paywall template. Thanks.

how can we find out from where the transaction is triggered from
