How to make one Offering with different pricing but all in one month

Hello, I'm encountering an issue with my app.In my application, users have the option to upgrade to support the app, essentially making a donation without receiving any additional benefits. Users can choose the amount they wish to donate monthly, ranging from 1€ to 10€.Now, I'd like to consolidate all these options into a single offering, but it appears that I'm unable to do so. Whenever I try to add a package, I receive the message: "The package's display name or identifier already exists for this app."Although i can attach just Product to a Package.Is there a method to combine all donation amounts into one offering instead of having four separate offerings?P.S.: I'm pursuing this because it would streamline the implementation of the UI and simply display the revenuecat title/description in the app rather than coding it myself.

Revenuecat attribution info by keyword

Hey Guys!Anyone knows if its possible to see apple search ads attribution information by keyword? I can see information by campaign and ad group but don’t see it by keyword.Having this information by keyword is extremely important for us to optimize, so if it’s not possible, I need to find another attribution platform.Looking forward to have some thoughts and feedback

Where/how to remove a promotional subscription?

The documentation states what I copied below, but in fact there appears to be no control in the dashboard to remove a promotional entitlement: Removing Promotional SubscriptionsGranted entitlements will automatically be removed after expiration. To remove access to an entitlement early, click the :fa-times-circle: icon next to the Granted Entitlement name.(from this page) The event data for the granting of this entitlement clearly indicates it was a promotional: "price": 0,"price_in_purchased_currency": 0,"product_id": "rc_promo_Premium_lifetime","purchased_at_ms": 1712048102051,"store": "PROMOTIONAL","takehome_percentage": 1,"transaction_id": "07cfd55a01f61543a7e525bcf8bf9950" Please tell me where/how to remove a promotional subscription from a customer.Thank you.

I want to connect my webhook with play store app

I configured a webhook using Revenucat and linked it to my Laravel backend. When I tested it with Revenucat's "send test with webhook" option, the request was sent to the backend and returned a 200 status code. However, when I tried it with our application on the Play Store, the webhook didn't work, and the request wasn't sent to the backend. I'm developing the mobile app using Flutter. What could be causing this issue?

How to configure subscription with multiple offers

Hi all,I’m launching a subscription service that consist of a premium subscription with the possibility to purchase it monthly, 3-monthly and annual.I’d like to offer also two intro promotion:single purchase of a month subscription for a very discounted price, if you have a promo code single purchase of a month, 3 month or year subscription for a discounted price + a free trial of 1 week, otherwiseI’d also like to offer the second option to the people who bought the first one after their month finished.These offer are not renewing, so at the end the base price will show up. The problem is that I cannot figure out how to configure these subscription on both google and app store.Any help is appreciated.

Hi, I’d like to use the purchase_ui library in flutter but as stated in the docs you can only pass a offering as parameter to the Paywall widget.For my use case I need more customization, is there a way to pass a list of StoreProductDiscount (Apple) or SubscriptionOption (Android) ?

Possible downsides of using RevenueCat without creating products?

Hi there, we are refactoring the way we do in-app purchases on Google Play, and from the RevenueCat documentation I see that we can use RevenueCat without creating products 1-1 for every Google Play product we have. The information is limited so I wonder: What are the downsides to not defining products in RevenueCat, when we are not using entitlements or offerings?

iOS Payment Sheet not appearing

I’m trying to test making a purchase on iOS but the purchasePackage method just hangs and does not resolve or throw and error. I’m currently using a physicial device with iOS 17.4.1, I’m using capacitor in vue 3 with @revenuecat/purchases-capacitor 7.5.9. My xCode is 15.2. I’m able to get the offerings no problem and pass it to the purchasePackage method but nothing happens, the payment sheet does not appear. I left if for like 10 minutes and it still did not appear or throw an error. Any help would be appreciated

why is offering an "error type"
