Test "Never had any subscription"

Hello,I have an app with a 3 days trial on android. I just added A single payment offer but I am not able to see it, it should be because I already subscribed with this phone. Is there any way to reset the subscription so I can check the offers again.I just check with an other phone I can not debug and the full price is displayed not the offer one I should have 39.99€ and not 99.99€I am getting the products this way with React Nativeconst offerings = await Purchases.getOfferings();offerings.all.Subscription.availablePackages[0].product.priceString

[TypeError: Cannot read property 'identifier' of undefined]

I am setting up a one-time purchase with RevenuecatI have set up subscriptions before, but never a one-time purchase like the “coins” I am attempting to sell now. I am logging “currentOffering?.availablePackages and see the correct product I want to sell. When I run: const { customerInfo } = await Purchases.purchasePackage(currentOffering?.availablePackages?.coins); I get this error: [TypeError: Cannot read property 'identifier' of undefined] Please let me know if you can see what I am doing wrong. Please see the attached screenshot to see what is logging out for my currentOfferings

I'm getting a 400 Error "Invalid Platform" when updating Stripe tokens to RevenueCat

Shouldn't customer have access till purchased period though cancelled ?

Let’s consider a scenario where customer subscribed for monthly plan. But after few days, customer cancelled the subscription. Shouldn’t customer be allowed to access to the pro content till the period subscription ends ? Whats the right way of handling such situation ? Do we refund and immediately close the subscription or whats the best we do when user cancels the subscription ?

Ignoring purchase request for already subscribed package error when trying to repurchase a consumable

Hi there,I am using Revenue Cat Paywalls to let my users purchase products. However if a consumable has been purchased before I am getting the error message:Ignoring purchase request for already subscribed packageThis is happening even though the purchase request is for a NON_RENEWING_PURCHASE which is not a subscription.My app is written in Flutter and I am currently testing on Android before moving on to iOS. I have rechecked my product set up on the Google Play Store and they are not set up as subscriptions. These products are not set up with entitlements in RC, they only have offerings attached.Can anyone help resolve this because at the moment my app doesn’t allow the repurchase of consumables which is obviously an issue.

How to check active entitlements using API

Is there any way using the v1 (or v2) API to check more directly whether an entitlement is active? The SDK has something like if !customerInfo!.entitlements.active.isEmpty but it seems like the API just returns something like: "entitlements" : { "premium" : { "expires_date" : "2024-04-23T14:43:37Z", "grace_period_expires_date" : null, "product_identifier" : "monthly", "purchase_date" : "2024-04-23T14:38:37Z" } when hitting the GET /subscriber endpoint. This means I have to check the expires_date against Date.now() or something like that which feels clunky rather than having the attribute calculated directly on the API.

Sandbox (Expo) popup re-appears (loop) after I hit subscribe, no record in Revenuecat, why?

I created this app with Expo and made a couple of offerings with Revenuecat. Now I want to test it. The packages appear,I hit subscribe, The popup appears, I write password and hit subscribe, It says done (without the tick appearing, just a circle) and the whole popup disappears, but after 3 seconds, the purchase popup (Sandbox) reappears again and again. No matter how many times I hit subscribe, it says done and re-appears. There is no record of subscription in my Revenuecat account (yes the sandbox checkbox ticked), and I have registered a sandbox user (valid email with a password) on App Store users. I’m very new to Sandbox testing and I use iOS simulator (17). Does anyone know what to do form here? Checked the Internet and not much was found. Webhook Duration

Hi,We have a back-end protecting routes based on the subscription status of the user. If user has a subscription, middleware allows to access. To ensure it, after purchase or any other transaction, Revenuecat sends webhook to our server and we are comparing the expiration dates and change the subscription status of user on our server by sending Revenuecat rest api.However, in the initial subscription, if user make purchases and tries to see premium routes immediately in which webhook doesn’t recieve to our server; user may not see the premium content. In this case i have two questions:Revenuecat paywall waits webhook to be sent to be closed? If paywall waits for sending webhook to be closed, no problem. If not, should we make a control on our server by sending request to Revenuecat rest api when the paywall result is purchased?What should our approach be? We know that we mention about very small milliseconds but we have to consider each possibility that may affect the user experience.

How to check active entitlements using API
